His education, his career
Guylène Saucier first obtained a bachelor's degree in modern languages ​​at Laval University. She then studied visual arts (drawing and art history) at the University of Sherbrooke, then completed her training with a certificate in written French at the University of Quebec in Montreal. She deepened her artistic knowledge with recognized painters.

Painter, short story writer and novelist, Guylène Saucier leads a brilliant career resolutely turned towards creation.

From his first individual exhibition in 1984, Guylène Saucier secured the support of a loyal public. In fact, since his debut on the art market, his paintings have continued to be a resounding success with an increasingly large clientele. This love story is far from being one-sided; the young painter makes it a point of honor to remain honest and accessible in her pricing policy.

A versatile artist, Guylène Saucier is also a writer; she is the author of several short stories, one of which won an international award in 1990. She has also published three novels: Motel Plage St-Michel (Éditions VLB, 1986), Sarabande (Québec/Amérique, 1992 ) and The horse dressed in blue (Leméac, 2001)
